Meet the Team

Kelley - Founder & Lead Strategist

Hey! I'm Kelley—book lover, marketing nerd, and the brain behind Sweet Honey Marketing. I work with fiction authors to help them launch stronger, grow smarter, and connect with the readers who are actually looking for what they write.

I didn’t always work exclusively with authors—but it didn’t take long to realize this was my zone of genius. There’s something about helping storytellers build careers they love that just clicks for me, and Sweet Honey Marketing evolved to reflect that.

Sweet Honey Marketing is named after my late dog, Honey—the sweetest soul and the heart behind everything I’ve built. Her name lives on in the work I do with authors every day.

If you're looking for honest support, smart strategy, and a team who gets what it means to be a fiction author in this wild industry—you're in the right place.

Christa – Creative Director & Designer

Christa is the creative brain behind so much of what we do at SHM. From book covers and promotional graphics to branding and social media content, she’s here to make your book look as amazing as it reads. She’s also deeply involved in our client work behind the scenes—collaborating on launch plans, crafting ad visuals, designing merch, and attending events with Kelley to connect with authors in real life.

She knows how to balance eye-catching design with genre expectations, and she creates visuals that don’t just look great—they help convert browsers into buyers.

Sally - Amazon Ads Specialist

Sally manages our Amazon ads with a detail-focused, data-driven approach that helps authors increase visibility and long-term sales. She handles keyword research, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization—so your books can stay in front of the readers who matter most.

 Ellie - Editor and Proofreader

Ellie brings fresh eyes and sharp instincts to every manuscript she touches. She helps your story hit the page just right—refining structure, smoothing prose, and catching the little things that might trip up your readers.
